Considering she has announced a pregnancy while on stage, you never know what will happen at a Beyonce concert. And Queen B didn't disappoint when she toured Australia in 2013. No one imagined they would leave the show with tears in their eyes. But, during her show in Perth, Beyonce performed a touching duet of irreplaceable with a blind fan. The fans sister set the whole thing up months in advance!
Nicki Minaj
Sometimes shocking moments happen on stage, and they can make everyone uncomfortable. Like when Nicki Minaj called out Miley Cyrus at the 2015 VMAs. Cyrus was hosting the VMAs at night; But Minaj stole the show by asking her what's good Miley? Referencing that she knew Miley was dissing her to the media days before the show.
Justin Bieber
It’s heartbreaking when you learn one of your favorite artists lip syncs as their concert. And, Justin Bieber fans left with broken hearts after London concert proved just that fans were shocked when Bieber dropped the mic to his side, but the track continued as usual. He didn't even try to pretend to sing, suggesting he was miming half of the concert.

Like real life, not everything goes to plan at live concerts. Just ask the band u2 who had one of the most epic concert fails ever! During their 1997 tour you two use a giant prop lemon at their concerts. The band would get into the lemon and it would open to reveal the band for their encore performance. But, on more than one occasion the lemon malfunctioned and trapped the band inside. Audiences would watch as the band was stuck, sometimes up to two hours.
Adele
going to an Adele concert is jaw-dropping on its own. But, she loves getting involved with her fans personal lives during her shows. During her show in Melbourne, Australia, Adele pulled a random band named Chris on stage. Chris took to the stage with his boyfriend, who proceeded to get down on on me and pops a question. Leaving Adele, Chris and the audience of 77,000 stuns and of course Chris said, yes.
Katy Perry and Miley Cyrus
It shouldn't be surprising when Katy Perry kisses a girl. She did sing a song on the subject, after all. But, the singer wasn't too thrilled when Miley Cyrus laid one on her during Cyrus's bangers tour show in LA. Perry later posted a photo to social media showing her wiping Miley's kiss off of her mouth in disgust!
Ed Sheeran
He seems like a well-mannered, shy musician. But, during his performance of sane love with Macklemore and Mary Lambert, something must have come over Sheeran. Because out of nowhere, he surprised fans by taking a stage dive into the audience. Luckily, the crowd caught him, and it didn't end in bloodshed.
Kanye
So words shocking in the name Kanye go hand in hand. And, Kanye has the tendency to turn it up for the VMAs, starting with the now infamous moment with Taylor Swift in 2009. But, he shocked fans once again in 2015. During an acceptance speech of the VMAs, Kanye declared he will run for president in 2020 leaving nearly everyone's jaws on the floor.
Enrique Iglesias
There isn't much keeping fans from running on stage and grabbing their favorite singers. And one fan got a little bit more than just a hug from Enrique Iglesias. While performing in Azerbaijan, a female fan rushed the stage and grabbed Iglesias. Then, she completely wrapped her body around him and wouldn't let go. Security tried removing the fan, but Iglesias protected her, delaying the concert in the process.
Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello
Singer Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello have ward off relationship rumors for years. But, their duet at 2015 s Jingle Ball left fans freaking out. Mendez and Cabella performed I know what you did last summer and were overly flirty the whole time. Fans were convinced Mendes even kissed Cabello but, sadly he was just whispering something in her ear, and shattering the hopes of all their fans!
